Terms of Service

Meet for Speed is a free service that displays live information about motorsport events (start lists, timing and results). Displayed results may be unofficial or provisional. Official and final results are published by the event organiser and the competent sporting federation — those always prevail.

You may use the service for personal, informational following of competitions. You must not misuse it — including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, automated overloading of the system, or using content in a way that infringes others' rights or applicable law.

The service is provided „as is" and „as available", without any warranties. Timing data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. You must not rely on it for official protests, wagering, or any decision with legal or financial consequences. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, or from reliance on the data displayed.

Meet for Speed, its name, look and feel, and software are protected and owned by BRIGHT, obrt za informatičke usluge, vl. Marino Poropat (OIB: 41528912664) or its licensors. Sporting data and results belong to the respective organisers and federations. You may not copy or commercially exploit the content without our permission.

We may modify or discontinue the service and these terms. We will post material changes on this page and update the date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and the courts of Rovinj have jurisdiction over disputes.
